After owning 3 brands of "cheap" wireless headphones I ask my self why I did not spend just a small amount more and get the best. They are fantastic for watching television without disturbing entire household. No difficult tuning or annoying buzz or hiss.
The headset is setup great the shape and comfort are excellent. There is a little signal interference or noise but the sound quality makes up or it.
I had purchased a set of Sony wireless headphones and regretted it after a week. I also found I could get a snack in the kitchen with the same reception. Not so with the Sony's. The pop sound it made sounded like someone hitting the ear pieces with a spoon. Lastly, the battery life is the best. After two weeks, I threw the damn things away. The battery time was the pits and so was the reception. I then found that I could still listen to the game on trash night when I took the trash cans out to the curb.
I then bought the RS 130 headphones and they were great. I could go into the next room and work on the computer with excellent reception and no interference. The only thing I would suggest is that they add something like tabs or ears on either side of the volume control because when I lean back in the chair, the headrest bumps the knob and shuts the volume down. I would recommend them to all.
There is static some times, but its short lived and very tollerable. I wish i had bought 2 pairs.
They work great. I have owned a pair of these at work for maybe 3 years now.
These new ones worried me with the auto tuner but I need not have, they do a good job. i have a pair of Accoustic Research at home, they are terrible.
I used to have some old Sennheisers R-40 but I broke them. Some friends at work still are not concinvced but they do not have a wireless alternative.
Unlike those AR's.
These things work just great. The hardest part was waiting the sixteen hours for the batteries to charge.
